Information We Collect
When you request a ride
Booking is handled through our dispatch partner’s platform at booking.classicryde.com. To arrange a trip we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and trip time. Payment details are processed by our dispatch platform — we do not store full payment card numbers on this website.
When you apply to drive with us
Our driver application form collects your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and any message you include. After you apply, we email you a secure link to complete your application on our dispatch partner’s driver portal, where you verify your phone number and upload documents including your TLC license, driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance. Those documents are submitted to and stored by our dispatch partner, not on this website.
When you contact us
If you call, email, or use a contact form, we keep your contact details and the substance of your message so we can respond and follow up.
Medical and Medicaid transportation
We provide non-emergency medical transportation, including Medicaid-funded trips. This website does not collect or store medical, health, or Medicaid trip information. Those trips are authorized by Medicaid brokers, health plans, and government agencies, and the trip details are transmitted directly to our dispatch platform through a secure system-to-system connection. That information is handled within our dispatch platform under our agreements with the authorizing programs, and never passes through or is stored on classicryde.com.
Automatically collected information
When you visit classicryde.com we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar technical data through cookies and analytics tools.
Cookies and Tracking
We use:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site
- Meta Pixel — to measure and target our advertising on Facebook and Instagram
- Anti-spam and security cookies — to protect our forms and login from abuse
- Functional cookies — to remember basic preferences
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and adjust advertising preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to arrange and complete rides, respond to enquiries, review and process driver applications, meet TLC and Medicaid program requirements, bill for services, improve our website and services, measure our advertising, and protect against fraud and abuse.
Who We Share It With
We share information with:
- Our dispatch and booking platform, which operates our reservation system, our driver portal, and the driver app used to receive trip offers
- Drivers, who receive the details needed to complete your trip
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as email delivery and website hosting
- Advertising and analytics providers as described above
- Law enforcement or regulators where required by law, including TLC requirements
We do not sell your personal information.
How Long We Keep It
Information submitted through this website — driver applications and contact messages — is kept for as long as needed to act on it, and afterwards for as long as required by TLC rules and our tax and insurance obligations. Trip and billing records live in our dispatch platform and are retained according to the requirements of the programs and regulations that govern them.
Your Choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. Write to ad***@*********de.com and we will respond.
Some records — particularly TLC compliance records and driver files — must be retained by law even if you ask us to delete them. Requests about Medicaid trip records should go to the broker, health plan, or agency that authorized the trip, since those records are held in our dispatch system under their programs rather than on this website.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through this website. Minors may travel as passengers when arranged by a parent, guardian, school, or authorized agency.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top shows when it last changed.
